EIS is a fully licensed state-licensed and highly qualified inspection firm dedicated to quality home inspections. Our inspectors attend continuing-education classes every year to ensure they are performing in accordance with new inspection standards.
Computer-generated Report
When you choose EIS, you will receive a fully computer-generated report (printed right on sight upon request) that is easy to read and understand. Every inspection report also includes a Summary Report which highlights the defective items noted throughout the inspection. The report is usually electronically mailed the same day the inspection is performed. The report can also be sent to real-estate agents or real estate attorneys when requested.

We Perform Radon Testing
We are an Illinois State Licensed Radon Professional and we perform our own radon testing. When you are purchasing a home, you have the option of radon testing prior to the purchase of your home. Should you choose to have a radon test performed, we come equipped to perform radon tests at every home inspection.
