Owner
Andrew Wilkerson
My name is Andrew Wilkerson and I am the owner of Elite Inspection Services, Inc. I have been in the construction industry most of my life. Growing up with a father that owned a construction company, I was building houses at a very young age. It seemed a natural progression that I became involved in home inspections and have currently been in this industry for 25 years. I inspect many different types of properties including single family homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes, restaurants, strip malls, and industrial buildings. I have owned Elite Inspection Services for over 20 years now and I currently inspect over 400 properties a year.

Co owner, radon technician and radon educator
Christine Wilkerson
Christine started her professional career as a 5th grade teacher at Woodland Intermediate School in Gurnee, IL. Although she loved her job, she decided to leave the field after starting a family. Soon after that, Christine and Andrew opened Elite Inspection Services, Inc. and haven’t looked back since. While helping run the business, Christine decided she wanted to do more. After learning about radon and the health risks involved (second leading cause of lung cancer!), Christine decided to become a radon technician and began testing homes in 2013. While working in the field and finding that few people knew what radon was, Christine decided to put her education background back into use and started speaking at real estate offices and other events educating people on the potential threat of radon. Although her classroom is no longer filled with 10 and 11 year old children, Christine is happy to be educating people and continues to spread the word on the dangers of radon.
